The cows

Our cows are always on organic pasture grass and never given grain, antibiotics or hormones. The meat tastes phenomenal and is much richer in omega-3s and antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin E than conventionally raised beef. Our beef has two times the amount of lutein and beta-carotene and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has been proven to reduce cancer growth, compared to grain fed. One of our customers told me that everyone thought she had become a better cook but she says, “It’s not me! It’s this beef!”
